Tiny spikes, in your choice of brass or sterling silver, have been soldered to sterling silver ear posts and come with sterling silver backings.  Each spike is about 4mm, making them the perfect size for first, or multiple piercings.  Comes with Sterling silver ear posts. Brass option will also include sterling silver posts.  Priced per pair.
